It all began with a simple question.
Watching people struggle to get back on their feet and into an ideal job after a layoff gets you thinking. Can we make this journey any better for them?
We challenged the underlying principle.
On the other side, employers continue to face business challenges through hiring as well as layoffs. Can there be a better process that complements recruitment and outplacement?
We started to dream.
Then it became an idea.
An idea to build a tool that brings employers and jobseekers together — a platform that seamlessly connects laid-off jobseekers with hiring employers.
Validated with a patent.
Building on our idea, we constructed a unique process that stitches together all the pieces of the hiring ecosystem. In May 2021, our patent was awarded by the USPTO.
And now it's our mission.
We continue to innovate — building features that enhance this system to reduce the layoff period for jobseekers and shorten the hiring lifecycle for employers.
